Erik Reagan
Entrepreneur, speaker, coach, and author of Goodness over Greatness.
Erik Reagan is a Savannah-native entrepreneur, speaker, and coach. He co-founded Focus Lab, an award-winning branding agency, without a college degree or any formal business experience. Over the next decade-plus, the company grew into one of the most respected agencies in its space.
But success didn't look the way he expected. After years at the helm as CEO, Erik realized he led a company that specialized in branding, and he just didn't get fired up about branding. Rather than push through, he made a decision most leaders wouldn't: he voluntarily stepped down and handed the CEO role to his co-founder.
He served as COO for two more years before an even harder realization hit. Despite being part of a successful company, he wasn't fulfilled. He eventually left Focus Lab's leadership entirely to start Built on Purpose, where he now coaches entrepreneurs and business owners one-on-one. It's the work that truly energizes him.
